Discover a nearby miraculous land that may be livable

Astronomers have said that one of the earliest discovered worlds, only 31 light years away, may contain liquid water on its surface.

The Transitation Exoplanet Survey (TESS), a high-powered orbital telescope that explores the sky in search of alien worlds, discovered three new planets orbiting the Hydra constellation, including supernatural land that could be habitable.

The planet GJ 357 d orbits a star about 31 light years in what is known as the habitable zone, a region far from its star so as not to be too hot but close enough not to be too cold.

In this region, liquid water can be found on the surface of the planet if it turns out to have a thick, rocky atmosphere, although more research is needed to see if the atmosphere of GJ 357 d is dense and warm enough to host liquid water.

The news comes a few days after three new planets were found in an astral system 73 light-years away from Earth.

"GJ 357d is located within the outer edge of the habitable star area, where it receives the same amount of starry energy from its star as Mars does from the sun," said Diana Kosakovsky of the Max Planck Institute of Astronomy in Heidelberg.

"If the planet has a dense atmosphere, it will require future studies to identify it, as it may be holding enough heat to heat the planet and allow liquid water to surface."

Lisa Kaltniger, professor of astronomy at Cornell University, who published a separate paper in Astrophysical Journal Letters, says the planet can harbor life, which can be verified with future telescopes.

The GJ 357 d orbits every 55.7 days, about 20% of Earth's distance from the sun.

The three planets revolve around the star known as GJ 357, an M dwarf, which is 40% cooler than our sun and about a third of the mass of the sun's mass.

The planet closest to the Earth, among the three newly discovered planets, carries the name GJ 357 b, which is about 22% larger than the earth, orbiting its star 11 times more than Mercury's orbit around the sun.

The last planet in the middle bears the name GJ 357 c and has a mass of not less than 3.4 times the mass of the Earth and circulates around its star every 9.1 days.
